Disclaimer
At the Arise Art Project we take pride in producing quality reproductions of prophetic art onto ready to hang canvas frames.
Please take into account that images viewed on any electronic device will be “back illuminated” and will vary slightly in colour, brightness and luminosity to our canvas reproductions.
We make every effort to reproduce each print to match the magnified image viewed on this website. This is the image the printer receives, minus any watermarks and closely reflects the colour tones of the original artwork.
Colours of display photographs published on this website have been edited and as such will vary in tone and colour from printed canvas images. Display images have been impacted by, and were subject to, the lighting conditions present at the various photography locations. As such, it is important to take into consideration when choosing your artwork, that your print will not necessarily match colour tones depicted by the display photographs that are featured on this website.
Canvas prints are produced by one company that distributes from multiple locations around the world. The product, frame and canvas will be of equal quality regardless of the location where it is produced, however, the Arise Art Project does not take responsibility for colour and tonal variations of prints between orders.
What is a canvas print?
Canvas prints are images of original artwork printed onto a canvas stretched over a wooden frame ready to hang. The frames vary depending on the printing location. In Australia, kiln dried timber with a depth of is 3cm is used, constructed with a raised lip to prevent indentation of the edge of the frame onto the canvas. Depending on the print, three types of wrap effect are used around the wooden frame.
These are chosen by the artist and vary depending on the print.
1: Gallery wrap. The sides of the frame are the continuation of the image.
2: Solid colour wrap. The sides of the frame are a solid colour which is chosen by the artist.
3: Mirror wrap. The sides are a mirror image of the print. This option is the most commonly used wrap effect as it allows maximum print coverage over the face of the canvas and minimal loss of the original image to the edges of the canvas.
